Planning Your Wedding

The first step in planning your wedding is to contact the office or pastor with your interest in a wedding at Trinity. Please have a wedding date in mind so we can check our church calendar. Once you have contacted the office, we will reach out to set a meeting time to discuss further details and fill out the wedding registration form. We can also schedule a tour of the church at that time.

Pre-marital Counseling

It is your responsibility to contact the pastor at least six months before your wedding date to arrange for the wedding planning and counseling sessions.

Wedding Rehearsal

Unless otherwise indicated, all wedding rehearsals are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on the Friday before the day of the wedding.  It is crucial that all persons involved in the actual ceremony be present for this rehearsal.  The rehearsal will last about 40 minutes.

Photographs

In keeping with the integrity of the Worship service, no flash photography will be allowed during the ceremony.  Video equipment is allowed but must remain stationary during the ceremony and is not allowed behind the altar.  Auxiliary lighting is also not permitted.

Decorating the Church

Pews decorations may only be attached without the use of adhesive or any other methods that could cause damage. Flower petals are not permitted on the floor unless an aisle runner is also used. Outdoor decorations are not permitted.  You may use bubbles at the send-off but not rice.
